Green Bay Mayor preps for State of the City

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt gives his 11th State of the City Address tomorrow.

The 2013 speech will be presented at the Meyer Theatre in Green Bay and the public is invited to attend.

Local 5's Kris Schuller got a look ahead at the address today on Local 5 News at 4:00 p.m.
