Green Scene: GBBG Garden Walk Preview

(WFRV) Green Bay ---One of the most popular garden walks in the area is coming up this weekend, Saturday, July 9th, and Sunday, July 10th. It's the 23rd Annual Garden Walk. The public will have the chance to explore six beautiful private gardens in the Green Bay area - to get tips for their own, or just enjoy the views. The event helps to support the Green Bay Botanical Garden.
In this Green Scene, Erin Davisson previews one of the gardens- owned by Darryl and Judy Johnson. It features a collection of roses, daylilies, hostas and other perennials. Perhaps most striking are the pond gardens, and a 70-year old maple tree that was brought down by a tornado, and transformed into a sculpture.
