(WFRV) Oshkosh, Wis. ---When it comes to public gardens, few have as long a history at the Paine Art Center and Gardens in Oshkosh.
The Paine started as the mansion and gardens of a local lumber baron back in the thirties. Today, it's a wonderful spot to enjoy not only art- but the art of gardening.
