NEENAH (WFRV) - The family of Neenah's Rhex Arboleda is receiving a new home this week courtesy of the TV show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The name was familiar to us.. as Rhex was named a Channel 5 Terrific Teacher in 2006. Rhex Arboleda came to the United States 11 years ago from the Phillipines. Arboleda, 35, is an elementary music teacher in the Twin City Catholic Educational System. He and his wife, Claire, 32, have five children. Arboleda was named the March 2006 Terrific Teacher award recipient because of his innovative approach to music and dance in the Twin City Educational System. 'Move to the Groove' is an award-winning program that is part sing-along, part dance recital, part workout, and part religious experience. Arboleda was honored with the 2006 Kohl Fellowship award, which recognizes teaching excellence among Wisconsin educators.
