BBB warns of phony help with storm repair

The Better Business Bureau says fly-by night contractors are popping up offering to help with repairs.
To avoid being scammed experts say, ask for references, try to get a local contractor and get multiple bids.
Another tip they give is to get a written contract, with a start and completion date along with warranty information.
